Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The primary responsibilities for this role will include calling prospective clients from our database, setting appointments, and generating demand for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn digital marketing at an overview level with help of our internal digital experts
  • Identifying and building target database
  • Email marketing and followup on emails with prospects who have shown interest in our services
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database to introduce the product and services of our clients.
  • Set appointments for in-depth discussions and consultations with senior sales team members.
  • Identify potential leads and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Generate interest and demand for our digital marketing services through effective communication and persuasive skills.
  • Understand client needs and provide initial information about tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine and improve demand generation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment settings, and lead generation results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Inside Sales in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.

In his career, he has contributed in building 04 world class marketing products which are now being used by Fortune 100 & 500 companies. He has consulted online businesses from core business strategy/product/marketing aspects and has helped grow 03 startups from scratch to make it profitable and funded with a multi-million dollar valuation.
